Wine Dinner | Winter
We are delighted to announce our first wine dinner. Each season of the year, we will invite a winemaker to join us at Omen for an exciting evening where our Chefs, Dean and Declan will create a seasonal menu around the wines of a winemaker we work with.
To kick-off with those events, we are thrilled to have Ray Nadeson of Lethbridge wines with us. Lethbridge wines was established in 1996 by Ray and Maree, two incredible individuals who I'm proud to call my friends and mentors. I believe that Lethbridge wines represent the pinnacle of Wines in Geelong. The winery is situated in Lethbridge, in the Moorabool Valley, where the core of their wines are sourced, they also purchase fruits and tend vineyards in the Bellarine Peninsula, Henty and Mount Gambier.

Our Chefs, Dean, Declan and the Omen team created a wonderful six courses menu centered around Lethbridge wines and seasonal ingredients, expect a wonderful, interacting, playful and elegant evening in company of Ray and the team at Omen.

Tickets are limited to 30 people and prepaid, the cost is $250 per person and includes a five courses menu with matching wines
