Our menu will evolve with the flow of the seasons, centred around the freshest ingredients available, with wood fire as our main cooking technique. With years of experience in Melbourne, our two chefs, Dean and Declan, have developed strong relationships with local suppliers and farmers, guaranteeing us the best ingredients available.

 

Pierre, our Sommelier, will curate an ever-changing wine list focusing on a wide and eclectic selection available by the glass. Although wine will be our primary focus, we won't overlook spirits, cocktails, and, of course, delicious non-alcoholic options.

 

Neither the food nor the wine will take the central stage in our dining space. We want them to work together to create a perfect balance of flavours and aromas with a touch of playfulness and joy.
