WHO WE ARE

Meet Declan, Pierre and Dean, the three friends behind Omen restaurant.

Omen is a new dining space located in Albert Park. This is the lifelong project of three hospitality friends who decided to open their dream space to bring genuine hospitality to Albert Park. They are alumni from Rockpool Bar & Grill with years of experience in hospitality, aiming to share their love for food, wine, and hospitality.

 

Dean and Declan will be rocking the kitchen, curating a menu that changes with the seasons and availability of fresh ingredients from our local suppliers. Together, Dean and Declan share over 40 years of experience, including working in Michelin-starred restaurants and Melbourne institutions such as Rockpool and Angus & Bon.

 

You will meet Pierre on the floor; he will guide you through our menu and help you find your perfect drink. Our beverage programme will focus on wine, with a curated selection available by the bottle that will constantly evolve. We also offer an ever-growing collection of wines by the glass to suit every palate. Pierre is a certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and has been working in the industry for almost 15 years in diverse roles.
